Cottonwood Manor is a white, 3,500 sq ft heated/cooled true barn venue with prep kitchen & an elegant bridal suite. Our capacity is 150-200 quests. All of our packages Includes tables, chairs, white table clothes, 20 wooden pews that may be used for ceremony seating, two 8ft farmhouse food tables, a farmhouse couple's table, gift table, cake table, grooms table, and 3 arch pieces to choose from. Our decor closet is free to use.

March thru August 2025 2 day rental Friday and Saturday for $3,500
1 day Saturday only $3,000.
All 2025 for 1 day Sunday thru Thursday $1,500
September thru December 2025 for two day rental Friday and Saturday is $4500.
2026-
January thru June and September thru December 2 day rental is $4500 Friday and Saturday.
July and August 2 day rental is $3500 Friday and Saturday.
1 day Rental Sunday thru Thursday all year is $2,000
Access to property is typically from 8 am to 10 pm can request other hours.
